Price's payday well deserved

MURFREESBORO — Vanderbilt baseball coach Tim Corbin has told the story many times about how he talked David Price into staying in school after his freshman year.

Price had earlier departed Blackman High School as one of the top pitching prospects in the country and had signed to play for Corbin, who with Price and many other future stars would gradually grow the Commodores into the best college baseball program in the country.
