Another Sunday, another loss for Titans
NASHVILLE — On a dreary Sunday afternoon along the eastern bank of the Cumberland River, the Titans burrowed from a nearby groundhog hole and didn’t see their shadows.
By rules governing Punxsutawney Phil, the most famous groundhog of them all, the Titans should not endure another six weeks of losing. But who’s to say a team that just whiffed entirely on a four-game homestand and has lost five straight overall — counting Sunday’s 10-7 setback to the Falcons at Nissan Stadium — can eventually manage to get out of its own way?
