Whisenhunt's firing likely not final one for Titans

MURFREESBORO —The first shoe to drop in trying to fix the Titans came Tuesday morning with the firing of second-year coach Ken Whisenhunt.

Winning only three times in 20 games — the 2-14 debacle last season and the 1-6 start to this season that counts six-straight losses — prompted the inevitable change.
